At Med & Aesthetics, we strive to provide a seamless shopping experience while maintaining fair policies for all customers. Please review our cancellation and refund guidelines below before placing your order.

Order Cancellation Policy

Can I Cancel My Order?

✅ Orders Not Yet Processed (Within 1 Hour of Purchase):

  • You may request cancellation via email at support@medandaesthetics.com with your order number.

  • We will process the cancellation and issue a full refund if caught before shipping preparation.

❌ Orders in Processing/Shipped:

  • Once your order enters fulfillment (typically within 1-2 business days), cancellations cannot be accommodated.

  • You may refuse delivery or return unopened products per our Refund Policy (see below).

Refund & Return Policy

Eligibility for Refunds

🔹 Unopened & Unused Products:

  • Must be returned in original, sealed packaging within 14 days of delivery.

  • Customer covers return shipping costs.

🔹 Defective or Incorrect Items:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/video proof.

  • We will provide a free replacement or full refund, including return shipping if applicable.

Non-Refundable Items

🚫 Peptides & Injectable Products:

  • Due to their sensitive nature, all peptide vials, injectables, and reconstituted products are FINAL SALE unless damaged in transit.

🚫 Opened/Used Skincare Products:

  • For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened topical creams or serums.

How to Request a Refund

  1. Email support@medandaesthetics.com with:

    • Order number

    • Reason for return

    • Proof of issue (for defective items)

  2. Our team will review and provide return instructions if approved.

  3. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after receiving returned items.

Special Cases

Failed Deliveries

  • If your package is lost or undeliverable due to an address error, contact us for resolution.

Chargebacks

  • Unauthorized chargebacks will result in account suspension. Please contact us first to resolve issues.
