✅ Damaged During Shipping:
If your order arrives with broken vials, leaky containers, or compromised packaging
Must report within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence
✅ Incorrect Items Shipped:
If you receive products different from what you ordered
Must report within 72 hours of delivery
✅ Unopened, Unused Products:
Eligible for return within 14 days of delivery
Must be in original sealed packaging with all safety seals intact
Return shipping at customer’s expense
❌ All Peptide Vials (Once Shipped):
Due to strict temperature control requirements
Exceptions made only for proven shipping damage
❌ Reconstituted Products:
For safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of any mixed solutions
❌ Opened Skincare Products:
Includes creams, serums, and topical treatments
❌ Special Order/Custom Products:
Any items specially sourced or compounded per customer request

Receive Return Authorization:
Our team will evaluate your request within 2 business days
If approved, we’ll provide return instructions
Ship Back Items (if required):
Use the provided return label (for our errors)
Or ship at your expense (for change of mind returns)
Refund Processing:
Approved refunds processed within 5-7 business days
Original payment method will be credited
Allow additional time for your bank to post the refund
If you believe a product is defective or underperforming:
We may request batch testing results
In rare cases, we may ask for a sample to be sent to our lab
Replacement or credit offered for verified quality issues
For lost or delayed packages:
We’ll work with the carrier to locate your shipment
After 15 business days, we may issue replacement or refund
All return shipping must include tracking and insurance
