Liporase hyaluronidase (also known as hyaluronidase human injection) is a game-changer in the use of hyaluronic acid fillers, which are mainly applied in aesthetic medicine for facial correction. With its help, it is possible to get the reverse action of the filler if the client is not satisfied with the result and wants to cancel it.
Liporase Hyaluronidase Basic Properties
Hyaluronidase is a dry freeze-dried white powder that comes in a pack of 10 vials (each vial contains 1500 Units of hyaluronidase). The basic component in the product – depolymerizing enzyme hyaluronidase.
Approximately 3ml of normal saline is usually mixed with the powder to dissolve it and make it appropriate for usage. It is an enzyme used to dissolve hyaluronic acid that was injected incorrectly under the skin.
Indications of Liporase With Hyaluronic Acid
This filler dissolving remedy is designed to dissolve hyaluronic acid-based injections when those were applied incorrectly, excessively, or unevenly during the anti-aging procedure. It is injected in the locations where hyaluronic acid filler was already used. The doctor can also administer it in emergency situations where dermal fillers were mistakenly injected into an artery bringing on occlusion of the blood supply and damages to human organs.
This intramuscular injection is used not only in situations where dermal filler should be dissolved but also in the fat melting procedures. It plays the role of an additional ingredient in the remedies that are used to reduce the fat layer in the human body. Hyaluronidase is also often mixed with a local anesthetic to reduce unpleasant feelings during the treatment.
The hydrolysis starts right after the administration, but it takes around 24 hours to see the full result. Sometimes, it can take longer due to the patients’ body peculiarities.
